With the information gathered, did you unveil important information relating to addressing various needs within your program or service? Did you find that if certain needs are not addressed, there could be larger public health concerns? Did you uncover gaps in services that could be addressed by your organization? Did you find methods of engaging your target audience that worked and methods that did not? 

When completing and evaluating a needs assessment, organizations often find gaps in services or needs that they never anticipated. By doing a thorough needs assessment, we sometimes unveil more needs than we expected. The information revealed can be followed up by future needs assessments.
